What do the letter & numbers in a bra size stand for?

So let me see if i got this right,
on a bra...
the letter = the accual cup size
the number = the size under your breasts- around your rib cage?

Correct me if i'm wrong. haha, i'm just curious if I had that right.

Sometimes we have lot of hair in our forearms, do girls shave this part too??

Since girls shave legs... do they also shave forearms and back of fingers,, and feet?? which have sometimes lot of hair too

What can i do to prevent my face from breaking out and get rid of the ones I have?

I just started breaking out these last couple of months. The breakouts are primarily on my cheeks. I have sensitive skin. I've tried neutrogena,avon etc. but they don't seem to work. I was wondering if i should use proactiv, but someone told me it might be too strong for my skin.HELP!!!!
