It depends on what kind of spots, there is a cream that is mostly bleach. You can get it at most make up counters. It is very safe for skin. However, there are some spots caused by fungus, I know someone who has them, he just uses an anti-fungal cream. If you go to a doctor, they will let you know what is causing these spots, and which route for you to go.

The ONLY thing that I've found that works is the deep clease the skin. An isopropyl based gel (such as medical hand cleanser) that has moisturisers in it can be rubbed on a few times a day. It kills all of the germs & bacteria & gentlly degreases the skin but won't dry it out. It might slightly sting the first few times - like applying aftershave!! But it works!
It's realy only avaiable from medical wholesalers / suppliers now - I buy it 5litres at a time from 'economed'. (UK)

If your skin is oily, you can apply tomatoes to your face. It counters oily skin by absorbing surplus oil and also helps get rid of pimples and acne. Apply undiluted tomato paste to your face and leave on for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm, not hot, water.
If your skin is dry, you can add some day-old curd to the tomato paste and then apply to your skin.
Good luck babe xx

Leave your face alone, don't use anything on it, have a shower and dry it. Don't touch it for the rest of the day and stop worrying.
