I had a problem with acne for many years. I recently found out I was allergic to wheat and as soon as I started a gluten free diet my skin cleared in less than a month. I now have no blemishes at all.

I don't think this is the solution fir everyone but worth trying

There really isn't any proof that eating certain types of food may cause acne breakouts. I just follow a balanced diet & drink mainly water. Some drinks that are antidioxidant might help too. You also need to wash your face like twice a day, products with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid(clean & clear products usually contain one of these; check the back) work well but dry out your skin. You need to moisturize your skin as well but whatever you use shouldn't contain oil in it.

Acne isn't caused by the food you eat. It's caused by bacteria that's trapped in your pores. When washing your face you should first wet it with hot water(it opens your pores, like after a hot shower), then lather neutrogena acne cleanser soap, when rinsing the soap off, do it with cold water(it closes your pores, so bacteria doesn't get back in) But you should wash your face 3 times a day. If you sweat, while working out, or going for a walk or run, it cleans your skin, and you'll notice less acne on your face. Don't wear tight closes when your sweating, it will create acne on your back, wear lose clothes so your skin can breathe.

Good start. Try adding a multi-vitamin supplement to your breakfast. Wash your skin often.

Acne can be caused by viral or bacterial infections. It can also be caused by stress and hormonal changes. One freind of mine is in her late 20s and she still breaks out at a certain time of her menstrual cycle.

It is best to see a doctor. Find the cause of your acne and ask him or her for recommendations other than pharmacutical.

It is totally important to add some good bacteria to your blood stream. You need to eat uncooked yogurt every meal until the skin problem cures itself.
