That is a good weight for your height. Not that you need it, but the best way to lose weight would be Weight Watchers

I personally think that 5,6 is the perfect height and 130 pounds is the perfect weight for your height.So their is no need to lose weight , but if you still want to do cardio.

There are different body types. So what might be comfortable to you, might look different on a different frame. Also, you should check your body fat content. Lastly, are you happy with the way you look? Thats most important.

Of course, it depends on your bone density as well, but at the very least you're not OVER weight. If you are medium boned, you're about perfect. If you're big-boned, you could be slightly underweight.
