I just started breaking out these last couple of months. The breakouts are primarily on my cheeks. I have sensitive skin. I've tried neutrogena, avon etc. but they don't seem to work. I was wondering if i should use proactiv, but someone told me it might be too strong for my skin.HELP!!!!

Try clean and clear face wash for sensitive skin. Also try making a mixture if hot water and sallt then apply this to the affected area with a cotton ball. The hot water opens the pore the salt removes bacteria. I think you also need to exfoliate more often seeing as how white heads (pimples) are caused by the accumulation of dead skin and oil. Hope this helps.

I have heard that proactive, while it may work well, causes wrinkles. I've had skin issues as well, and I find that Erno Laszlo product line works really well (albeit a bit expensive, but worth every penny). Also, Mario Badescu (sp?) has this pink zit lotion (you can find it on the site) that celebrities swear by, and it's not that expensive. I bought it, and have used it, and can say that it works quickly. Best of luck!

I have the same issue! I have tried washing my face more often, with this olay daily cleanser, and I put aloe vera lotion on my face every morning to help keep the face moisterized. It helped me a lot, and my skin is clearer!

drink alot of water i wouldnt recommend proactiv though it works but it stops working after a while and they sucker u in to joining their club so i wouldnt use that. try not eating alot of candy or chocolate and dont eat too many things with alot of grease. i recommend benzamycin pak..u need a prescription to get it but it works wonders.

You should try using Cetaphil. It is such a great cleanser and it's for gentle and sensative skin. Oh... also drink water and try to eat healther.

and most importantly (after reading the other responses) wash ur hands more frequently and keep ur hands off of ur face. and until it clears up, avoid ur hair hanging in ur face if u use product in it.
alot of times it's something as simple as a change in hair product.
