i have a jillion little baby pimples all over my face. They are so tiny but when there are a million of them, they just look so horrible...this is really tearing me up and i have a dermatologist and NOTHING works on my freaking skin! If anyone has had a very similar problem and knows of some miracle pill or cream (besides acutane) that totally healed them, i will be foever grateful...something that truly works and after you tried every other cream and pill on the planet...i have had the same disgusting skin for years and it has truly killed my self confidence and personality...please help me

I first noticed the pimple about 3 days ago...it hasn't stopped growing since then! It's literally a 3 millimeter-wide red circle and it stands out from the rest of my face...it isn't yellow, but it has a custard-top in it...SORRY FOR THE DETAILS BUT I NEED HELP--IT IS SOO EMBARRASSING
