i just started using proactiv, is it okay to continue using a tanning bed while using the stuff on my face or will it make my face melt off or sumthin tragic? ;)

No, you could end up with a rash. You need to make sure the product is not on your face at all when you get into the bed. Afterward, you can use it.

Lol no your face won't melt, I've used proactiv it really worked, the only thing I can tell you is that proactiv would make your skin more sensative to the sun an stuff like that, so I don't reccomend getting in a tanning bed when using proactic unless your wearing the best sunscreen in the market, with pleasure, Zineedine

i work in a tanning salon and let me be the first to tell you a resounding NO!!!!
it is NEVER recomended with use of ANY acne treatment.
prolonged exposure to the sun or sunlamps is a definite no-no
to users of proactive or any acne treatment.
the damage you could do to yourself isn't worth it.
no your face isn't going to melt off but you could have a potentially very harmful reaction, such as second or third degree burns. not pretty, and definitely uncomfortable!

If you are that concerned. Just wash your face before using the tanning bed.

yes, but i woudnt use it the day that you are going into the bed!
