Last time,i got acne problem when i am 17 years old.And then i used Retin A cream.After that pimples go off.My face so clear without any marks.But after i am 21 yeras old the problem come again.I still using Retin A cream but it does not work.I got very bad acne scars now.Should i use any moisturizing cream when i am out in the morning?I am at the hot country and always travelling by motobike.I dont have enuf money to go to dermatologist.Please suggest me something.Thank You.

its now summer and ma feet are scaling.the skin down there is peeling and its quite painful to even remove them.they are rough and even unpleasnt to look at.anyone have any ideas on how i can make them smooth again?
