Well, I am indian and in my family we use Chana Besan...This is basically chick pea flour (you can buy it at any indian store), and put about a cup or so in a bowl, then put a little bit of water so you are creating a thick paste. Then before you go to shower, rub the paste all over the external parts of your body, and then wait for about 20 minutes and then wash off with moisturizing soap. This is just a home remedy, if this doesn't work you can see a dermatologist, who may tell you more.
Also, if you feel you look darker with black then try wearing pastels, such as baby blue, pink, liliac, light yellow and etc, to brighten your overall appearance and perhaps look lighter.

Well, you can't change your skins colour, I'm sorry. But you can try to dye your hair blond, for example, or wear blue contact lenses(if your eyes aren't already blue, of course), to create the impression of lighter tones. Also, wear only light colours, that'll do the trick!

use whitening products for both your facial and body needs.
use them religiously.use also products that contains SPF to prevent further skin darkening.
however you would wanna go to the beauty salons where they have services like skin whitening, skin bleaching.
if all else fails, just be thankful to god for having a good life.Skin colours does not matter. Its the pureness of the heart that matters.

I can't believe you are saying this honestly. Most people, including myself, would love to keep that dark complexion. I am a a darker complexion and I tan very easily and I love it, I just wish I could keep that dark tan all year round, but i never really get a fair or palish color. Please don't feel bad because to me I think you are very very lucky! :)

There is nothing more "fair" than dark skin.
Why do you think all these tanning salons make such good business.
Love yourself....and love the skin your in...and there will be nothing more beautiful.
