Well u can use lemon and natural yogourt u can rub a half of a lemon and let it stay there a least 20 minutes dayli ar the yogourt the same way and rinse it with warm water BUT stay away from the sun while u r have the lemon on ur neck because it can leave spots whiter that other ones ok. hope this help and by the way im using my hubby's nickname

buy whitening soap(papaya)and apply it on the area you wish to whitens and wash in the morning with same soap while rubbing it with face towel but just mild to avoid skin damage! and everytime you take a bath focus rubbing your neck with face towel and papaya soap and before you go under the sun put a whitening creamor cover it with scarf!

try mixing goat's milk and oats...oats scrubs off dead skin cells while goat's milk leaves your skin soft and moisturized. leave the mixture on the affected area for at least 15 minutes. rinse. apply sunblock with an spf of at least 20...happy new whiter neck! :)

don't try to make your skin white! If it's uneven in skin tone, try a tinted moisturizer, but having light skin makes you more succeptable to sun damage. Your skin is great without being white!

use horse gram powder with termeric powder make a paste with milk. apply, leave for sometime and wash it off with water. to be done daily.
