If I go get a massage at a spa. As a man, is it appropriate to strip naked and lie naked under the sheet if my masseuse is female? or should I wear underwear?

When a girl goes to get a massage, does she get completely naked or does shes wear underwear.

I'm confused, please help

Ok, I have small bumps on my face. I have asked everyone should I use " Proactive" because everyone i know says it work very very good. But they say girl you have clear and pretty skin you do not need it, but i think so. They aren't that big they are kinda little. Should I use " Proactive" or another product.

I pick at my lips all the time..sometimes until they bleed a little. It's a nervous habit i picked up back in 5th grade. I can't stand when there is little pieces of skin, I have to pick them off. i've tried lip gloss and lipstick, but it usually makes my lips dryer than before, which creates more skin flakes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can break this habit?

I am 16 and used to be very thin and tonned...lately I have been eating more than I should and now have a bit of a belly. I've been trying to get my tonned stomach back but I just can't! I researched that I have to do aerobic exercise to loose the extra fat then anaerobic to get my stomach tonned...I've been doing this for 3 months and it hasn't done anything...does anyone have any advice or exercises that I could do please???
