i don't think you should buy proactive for bumps... i would use a face scrub and then a cleanser and it should clear it up.. and if you athletic then you should wash your face right after you get done exercising..

This might be just the heat thing because of the HOT climate or your own body heat...from what you said it doesn't look like pimples. Or maybe u might have some kinda allergy...did u use something recently, which u haven't before. Proactive is for someone with a lot of pimples on their face...I don't think that yours is serious problem. Just wait and clean your face with cold water at least 4-5 times a day and it might get cleared up. Also stop using anything that u have been using very recently (make-up, soap, foundation etc)

You might want to look at a Merck's Manual or some kind of diagnostic book to make sure what you're dealing with. If it's a skin tag or an allergy, then medicated products for acne won't work. Find a site about dermatology or a book with pictures if the descriptions don't tell you what you have. If they aren't pimples or blackheads or something acne-like, then you'll have to go another route. And don't start with the harshest treatment you can find--sometimes lots of acids and peroxide can make skin worse if you have sensitive skin or you're treating the wrong thing. I think you should try to diagnose it and if you can't, see a professional. All bumps are not created equal.

Proactive may be a solution but make sure you get plenty of sleep and water. Those two things make all the difference with the skin. Also, the spa cleansing are necessary. It will get out stuff professionally and give you a truly fresh start. And keep the stress down to avoid those bumps. good luck.

ok I'm black and i have very oily skin and the only thing that work for me to get bumps off my face...was proactive...
now what do u use for taking hair off your face because u could be having a reaction to that...
or u might need to change ur makeup..u might be allergic to it.
proactive does have makeup u can use... i have used it but i stopped because i wasn't dark enough for me.
another thing u can use is an astringent, Clean and Clear has a great deep cleansing one.....
so i hope this helps
p.s. wash your face 3 times a day if u can...especially in the summer

I used Proactiv 2, but it didn't work very well. I have this acne soap that I use, and it works. You might also use a skin toning mask! It evens out skins tones and gets rid of most bumps!!!

Tea tree oil is a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial agent. Look for pure oil in health food stores, or in an entire range of products through the Body Shop at Home! (Including a tiny tube of oil you apply with a wand directly on the spot - the best $6 you'll ever spend!)

Proactive breaks your face out more before it works. Wash your face day and night w/ dove soap, Purpose or Noxzema use sea breeze or witch hazel astringent and use a good moisturizer w/ sunscreen. Keep your hands and hair off your face, change your pillow case every other night.

I love neutrogena products. But it could just depends on how your skin reacts to the product. I have a friend who uses proactive and she has beautiful skin. my skin is totaly clear, and neutrogena costs less than proactive. so it just depends.
