cutting out soda and sugar should do it. try drinking water instead of juice and pop. try walking about a mile a day, that's low impact and you should get what your looking for.

Avoid processed foods. Eat whole grains and fresh fruits and veggies. Exercise. Bike riding is what I have been doing, especially to save gas---so it's a win-win situation.

eat less and healthy, exercise 30 minutes each day and no midnight snacks. if you do this every day i'm sure you'll lose more than 10 lbs.

eliminate cards like rice and bread..no fast food..drink water not soda..exercise and if u drink2 cups or so b4 u eat it will fill u up leaving u with less food and less fat that will be stored also ur body will start to feed off ur fat that is stored in ur body making u lose weight..it worked for me i lost like 20 lbs...good luck hope it works..

Run every other day, for 20 mins. Either do it 4 times or 3 times a week...

Eat whatever you want, that won't matter.

go on a diet, excer$i$e, or ju$t don't worry about lo$ing the weight (unle$$ u have 2). it'$ really not that hard to lo$e ju$t 10 lb$. don't worry, you'll find a way.

drink a full glass of water before you eat anything before each meal and try not too eat any starches you should lose it before then good luck!
