I am 16 and used to be very thin and tonned...lately I have been eating more than I should and now have a bit of a belly. I've been trying to get my tonned stomach back but I just can't! I researched that I have to do aerobic exercise to loose the extra fat then anaerobic to get my stomach tonned...I've been doing this for 3 months and it hasn't done anything...does anyone have any advice or exercises that I could do please???

Yur going through puberty, it may be a little late, but it came.You gain weight during puberty, but good low-fat and calorie diets and excercising does the trick.Cut down 500 calories a day.

Well I was the same way well I started Skating for an hour outside bout 3 days a week, drinking alot of milk ( 2% reduce fat almost everyday) and exersiceing! I hope this helps!

HEY JUST GO EVERY MORNING TO THE GYM OR U COULD JUST GET UP LIKE AT 9:00AM AND RUN AROUND YOUR WHOLE BLOCK LIKE I DO .
