Like when I put makeup on, it looks bad because my face is flaky. I use a moisturizer, and wash my face twice a day with a good cleanser. And it is still flaky! Help!

i stopped cutting myself about 6 monts ago after i got some consuling from my school syciatrist and i got a mentor but now i have scars on my arms and legs and i dont know what to do if anyone knows of a way to get ridd of them it would be greatly

hello every1...
i want to loose about 10 kg of my weight,and i used alot of food diet which didn't help enough..cause whenever i stop this diet i gain more wieght , so i start focuss on doing exercises and eating less food than before.....
my problem is,,,i get hungry between the meals and i don't know what kind of yamy snacks can i have , somtimes i eat vegetables and fruit but i want sth else... i realy want to go on this type of diet but what snacks can i eat...plz help me cause now i'm hungry and i eated my lunch 2 hours ago...i think some of u understand me
