There is an oil you can get at your chemist called bio oil which is said to smooth and get rid of scars, also there are certain healing plasters sworn to get rid of scars i'm not sure of the name but i'm sure the pharmacy would be helpful in this department good luck!

It is good to hear that you have stopped cutting your self. but the scars are bad. there are a couple of things you can do....
Every day do massage with oil prefably of good viscosity like coconut oil ....
there are some creams like cocoa butter cream...which might also help
you can also take vit E and Vit A suppliments...
hope you do good, you can ask me more if it doesn't help..
take care

I'm glad you're not cutting yourself. It's not worth it. You're worth much more then that.
But to get rid of the scars, buy pure Vitamin E oil. Make sure its the really thick one. It's really pure, and works better.

Try Mederma (scar cream), stuff with vitamin e, or coca butter. If you go to Target or Walgreens, they should have some stuff in the skin care aisle.

First of all, it will take a lot of time to reduce scarrings and markings, but u may try to use whitening body scrub everyday, try the milder ones for everyday use, use AHA peels and whitening lotion to smoothen the skin

I would try Maderma. It is the most effective treatment for scars, but works better on newer scars. You can get it at your local drugstore.
Congrats on beating the problem!

Why did you cut yourself? Well i know from cutting myself by accident that scars go away, you just have to give them a little time.

I do not know how to get rid of them; that's why they are called scars. However, I think it's best to look at them as reminders of how far you have come in your mental health- you don't do it anymore, so let looking at them give you power to say "I have grown beyond that."
