Crest whiting stripes- worked great. Lighten my teeth about 5 shades in one use. And I have sensitive teeth so it's nice because you don't have to leave them on the full time- I only leave them on for 10 mins.
I bought it from CVS but BJ has them too and it's cheaper to get them form a warehouse club.
I have very badly stained coffee teeth all the time and they were the only thing that worked for me. I know a smoker who uses them too.

I've used Crest Whitening Strips and Oral B. Do not use Oral B cause it's a THICK WAX STRIP that doesn't stick to your teeth as well as Crest and they gave me sharp shooting pains on my lower teeth. I've used Crest Whitening strips twice and they work really good! To maintain I use Listerine Whitening, it's a white bottle with a black cap and you rinse with it BEFORE you brush your teeth. It works pretty good. I've bought all these things at Walmart.

Used Crest Whitestrips - 7 day kind.
Worked great and didn't irritate my teeth, which are very sensitive.
You have to be consistent though and do the whole treatment for it to work, although you will see results after a couple of days already.

I have used the brush on stuff (by Colgate I think), and the crest strips (I drink lots of soda with caramel colouring, they don't need to put that caramel colouring crap in there, it doesn't change the flavor) problem with those whiteners , they do make your teeth whiter, as white as you want them but your teeth become sensitive. like drinking cold sodas , ouch..........
