You mean yummy snacks. Any protein bar will give you satisfaction. Protein is turned into glucose slower than any other food so it goes into your blood stream as energy at a slower pace and makes you feel satisfied longer.

I suggest you watch the calorie intake when using these bars though. They tend to be fairly high calorie.

I make my own which is so much better! I use whey isolates, a few raisins or other dried fruit and chunky peanut butter for a pbj bar and I use whey isolates, coco powder, sugar substitute, a crushed dark chocolate bar and sugar free strawberry jam for a chocolate strawberry bar.

With both mixtures, just add all ingredients and mix well then form 2" X 3" X1/2" bars and refrigerate.

Well, lets see here. First you have the YAM. It is low in glycemic calories but naturally sweet and delicious. And very yamy. Yummy, too. Cut one up, microwave for 5 minutes. Add butter substitute (Olivio is undescribably delicious and good for you.)

Then you have seedless red grapes, raisins and craisins.

Then you have popsicles...the low sugar ones.

Lastly, cut up that sandwich and tuck it away for a bite
or two throughout the day. Doing that will REV your metabolism,
too.
