No joke... sex and these are 5 reasons why
1) It is a good workout. Sex burns about 150
calories every half an hour of it. It will lower your
cholesterol and improve breathing circulation.
2) You won't get sick. According to research if
you have sex 1-2 times a week you are less likely to
get sick.
3) You'll feel happier. You will feel a greater sense
of well-being. Women who have more sex were
clinically proven to be less depressed than women
who dont have sex.
4) Makes you look better - [ problem is, ugly people
don`t get any ]. Sex releases hormones in your which make your skin and hair softer and shinier and tone your physique.
5) (The best reason) You will live longer. Studies
prove that sex makes you live longer. Men who
had sex 1-2 times a week had half the death rate
as those who did not indulge themselves at least
once a month. It also makes you look younger. If
you have sex 3 times a week you may look up to
10 years younger than you really are.
Having sex 3 times a week for 1 year adds up
to running 75 miles!!!!

Get enough sleep (7-8 hours a night.)
Exercise daily, but walking or bike riding count. You probably only need to do aerobics 3-4 times a week.
Eat right. Don't worry about dieting. Worry about getting enough fruits and vegetables, eating lean meat or fish when you can and avoiding too many starches and junk foods.
That takes care of the physical. Your spiritual self also needs nurturing in order for you to feel your best - so don't forget the power of prayer and regular worship.

hey girl!! for healthy tips, besides eating fruits and veggies, drink lots of water a day and having an ample of exercise. when you wake up in the morning, do your usual hygiene (its important to feel and look clean, fresh and smelling good) Then tell yourself infront of the mirror: "hey there pretty lady! :)" then wink with a smile! :) well.. that's a good way to start your day, (a good start in the morning is the foundation of creating the whole day good) A SMILE, brightens your face you know.. be confident enough that you look good. every woman has her own charms. be real.. be true.. be simple.. it does not only base on physical health but also within your self and your self esteem to FEEL GOOD about yourself. and stop being insecure on other girls beauty (if ever you do) because that lessens your self esteem in feeling good. stand up, walk high and flash with a smile! you show 'em what you've got! you GO GIRL!! :)

well first of all to "always" look and feel ur best is up to u if u go around all the time looking for ur imperfections and worrying about how u look all the time then of course ur never going to feel ur best but if u eat healthy, exercise on a daily basis, take care of urself the way u should daily, and still have a positive attitude even when ur hair is messed up or maybe u have this zit that wont seem to go away, then u will feel ur best and if u truly feel ur best all the time who cares how u look

Exercise (not just for the obvious vanity reasons, but also because of its effects on your mood), eat well (sugar and caffeine highs don't last!), get plenty of sleep, surround yourself with positive people, do things that make you happy, have fun (that isn't self-destructive), always have something to look forward to, whether its coffee with a friend or a trip someplace cool, and always take time to relax!

exercise girlfriend it opens the pores cleans the out yeah you will smell bad from sweating do it for a month three times a week and i guarentee in no time your face will lokk younger plus the oxygen flow will make you feel better invite some girlfriends over have a slumber party sounds drab i know but it works curl each others hair do each others make up go shopping for a new outfit together try on each others clothes go for a walk the one thing that makes me feel better is taking a nice warm bubble bath put in your favorite shampoo or just a spray or too of your favorite perfume ligth candles turn out the lights and listen to your favorite band go ahead sing with them it helps Go on girlfriend youll feel better in no time

i use to not feel good bout myself so i know this one. i workout...doing fun workouts,i listen to music, i hang out with friends, i eat healthy, drinking lots of water makes ur skin look beautiful leaving u FEELING beautiful. whenever i feel down tho i put on sum make up and i put on a outfit that i rly like and i look in the mirror and think of how many people say how beautiful i am. then i tell myself i'm beautiful. when u look good u feel good. so try sum things u like,play around with different ideas and i hope all goes well.

Honestly, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit. Take care of your skin, hair and ; hygiene in general. Use the best soaps and lotions, for skins and hair and floss daily.
Drinking water, eating fruit and taking care of skin, hair and teeth will bring out such a natural beauty that you will be inclined to accent that natural beauty with nice clothing, make-up and accessories. You'll feel wholesome, which my grandmother says is always a good "thang"!
Take care of you from the inside out, and you will feel WONDERFUL!
