I have dark brown hair and deep blue eyes with black specs in them. For eyeshadow, what color should I use for my eyes? And how should I put it on? On the outsides of my eyes, insides? Shadowing, or what?

I have really short eyelashes and i was considering fake eyelashes but i have a few questions.
can you do them yourself?
Does it hurt to do it if you glue them on?
if you get the glue in your eye is it dangerous?
doesnt if feel weird to have fake eyelashes glued to your eyes?
is the glue or whatever dangerous for your eyelashes and when you take them off will they rip out or hurt your real lashes?
how long do they generally last?
can you swim/shower with them on?
are they dangerous/bad for you and do you reccomend them?

I have always had baby blue eyes (from my dad) that would just make you cry! lol, but my mom and my brother have green eyes that I envy. Green eyes are wild and romantic to me, so I LOVE green! =) I guess since I'm getting older, my blue eye color is getting mixed in with green, so how do I make it stand out even more? Please don't put down black, red, or pink. Because those colors make me look like I have a disease....

What is your favorite mascara, blush, eyeshadow, and foundation? I need to buy some new makeup but I don't know what to get. I have light brown/hazel eyes, and medium beige skin that tans easily. My skin type is normal, and I rarely break out. I am willing to spend up to $50 on a single product, but I would prefer it to be a little cheaper.

In your experience which one works better?
Also do you know the science behind why cucumbers and potatoes are supposed to lighten the dark circles?
If there are any other easy at home remedies, let me know.
Oh also.... do teabags and almond oil help for dark eye circles? thanks!

PS please do NOT tell me to get sleep because it is heredetary. Ive had it my whole life, it is not because of diet or sleep. Its just in my genes, nothing i can do to make it better or worse besides makeup, cucumbers, etc.

My friends say that I can disguise myself as a girl and look passable, I think they are wrong. They have challenged me to make a genuine effort in dressing up like a girl and they would introduce me to an out of town cousin who is visiting. Of course, at the end of the evening they will inform him that am a guy if he has not figured that out himself.
What do I wear? Clothes, make up, accessories, etc.
I am from Mumbai. Western clothes or Indian?
Pls suggest with as many details as possible since for me to win I should have had made a sincere effort.

I'm 13. She recently found out that I wear some of her makeup that she doesn't use and says i'm too young to wear it. The makeup I wear is concealer for the dark circles and bags under my eyes(how do you get rid of those?!) and lip gloss. I don't wear anything else. My mom also likes the ugliest haircuts. I like layers, but she loves and wants me to cut my hair with thick bangs and evened hair(like one of those old-fashioned Chinese ladies sorry if I offended you). My legs, arms, and armpits are hairy(-_-) and she won't let me buy any hair remover or get it waxed. During P.E., I have to change into shorts. I try to sag them, but my legs still show. I have to use my dad's electric razor and I hate shaving. My mom has some tweezers, but she hides them so I won't use them. I can see that other girls wear eyeshadow, lipstick, blush, and all that stuff. This girl I know got her eyebrows waxed. If their parents let them do that, why can't my mom let me? This isn't fair! What should I do?
