Use a black eye liner in the upper inside of your lid as well as the inside lower, then use and eyeliner BRUSH and tap in on the lash line of the upper lid a black eyeshadow after you have shaded the eye and crease then add a Carbon Black mascara that does not clump GOOOD LUCK

Try using PRESTIGE Soft Blend Kohl Eyeliner in Black.
It has a sponge applicator that lets you smear the eyeliner and create smoky eyes.
