whats the best tasting lip gloss because lately i hav been buying the xpensive kinds and they taste gross....whats a good flavor that i can buy a walmart....Brand and price please! thanks

I have just recently started putting on make-up. I am confused about a few things and I was hoping I could get some help.

1. do you put concealer or foundation on first?

2. whats the best technique for putting on concealer and foundation?

3. how do I make my lipstick last if I do not have the 8-hour stuff?

4. how do I keep my lipstick from running?

5. whats the best way to put on eyeliner? [the pencil stuff]

6. whats the best way to put on eyeshadow?

and if you have any extra tips for me, I would be very grateful for them.
