well mabe wen ur putting on the eyeliner, eyeshadow and lipgloss..put it on two or three times so it gets more darker and wen ur putting on the eyeshadow put on some colors tht will bring out ur eyes but at the same time make sure its a darkish color...and if possible for u try putting on some mascara and lipliner and blush...im a thirteen year old too.. and these are basically some of the things tht i do regulary...hope i helped and gud luck

well hey im 13 too, but u should know the whole point of putting on make-up is so it doesnt show....if ur make up shows u'll look too much like a tramp..
but if u want a little color then use brighter colors of eyeshadow and a little blush
