Makeup - February 2007

No one really actually told me how to apply makeup..any advice? i have liquid foundation, eyeshadow,mascara,and blush..i aspecially need help making my foundation smooth and the same shade all over..and blush help!

clean your body really good?
when i take a shower i try to rub my skin so durty stuff will come of but it does work how can i make it work? and my hair sometimes the shampoo stays behind and i try to take it out with water but it wont come off. any tricks?

some friends tell me that my eyes are wide... kind of asian but i dont look asian and they are like little asian eyes they are just like farther apart and wider. i dont know if thats bad or if its ok. and how do i try and hide it?

I have short medium brown hair, dark brown eyes and tan skin. I usually wear golds but it doesn't look very even. Black eyeliner always looks good though. What would you recommend me try to make the color of my eyes stand out a bit more?? Thx.

I have very oily skin, i even use makeup that is specifically for oily skin..but still 3 hours later my face is oily again..my dermatologist told me to use Almay products and i have used those for about 2-3 weeks now..but to no help..i've used everything under the sun it seems like Covergirl, Mary Kay, Revlon, Neutragena(sp?) Maybellene..but nothing works..and i can't go out and spend a bunch of money on foundation..also, i have slight blemishes even though i am young and the foundation for oily skin doesn't completely cover them which is pretty embarrassing sometimes..does anyone know of anything that will not make my skin such an oil pit? I'm willing to try anything! Thank you soo much.

hi there
i wear my eyeliner "arabic" style, like black all around the eye and pointed just a bit outward, and bwt it doesn;t look gothic. not always, but once or twice my friend asked me why i do it like that...how do i say that it's more of a tradition (that look) rather than just a makeup style? i dont want to sound cheesy and i want to keep the answer short! dunno how though. tips?my mom is moroccan and i got it from her...i also have pale skin so it adds to the look kind of u know...thanks!
