If you are trying to cover the hair itself, no makeup will be matte enough to conceal it. If waxing or a nair type product is out of the question, than your next best bet would be to shave it and then cover it up with make-up. A powdered face bronzer ( I like Physicians Plus) will work the best on top of you fav concealer (mine is clinique). :)

it is a cinema or theater appliance. its like a putty add on or something. it covers your skin like a glove. some drag queens also use thatrical make up appliances (don't worry they are not electrical machines in your house) its a material used to cover up or enhance. i think they use wax and a cake foundation.

Bleach your hair, or wax it. Putting make up on it will make it more obvious and you will look like a clown with all that make up on your face.

if its on ur lip or chin wax it off, if u cover it up it only makes it worse!
