this girl tells me that when you wear makeup a lot when young, you'll be uglier when older. is that true?

Does anyone know of a really good brand of foundation. I've been using Revlon Colour Stay for a while now and was thinking about trying a new brand?? I want a good one.

people say my eyes are green ( i see this the most) blue, aqua and even grey. judging on the picture what color would you suggest? i'm not a huge fan of "look at me" bright colors" but if you think they would make my eyes look good i just might try it.

I am 13-almost 14-, reddy-browny-blondy hair, bright blue eyes, long & dark eyelashes, some acne ....i want to wear makeup but dont know how much or what brands....nothin too expensive please

to use a pumice stone on my face to exfoliate? (obviously lightly...not too rough?)

I'm wearing a yellow dress with silver accessories for prom and a pageant. What color eyeshadow, blush, lipstick, etc. Should I wear? I prefer MAC but you can just name colors. I have black hair and dark eyes. My eyes are big and round and I like them too stand out but not too much. I'm kind of dark skinned with golden beige undertones. I don't want anything too dramatic though.

I'm 14 and I have had the idea of getting my lip done. All i want is a little stud on the side of my lip. iv talked to the rents and they agreed. im scared it will get infected and it will totally screw up my face, or like hit a nerve and paralize!? :S can anyone help me out and give advice?!
