For my makeup routine, I use CoverGirl oil control liquid foundation, CoverGirl clean fragrance-free pressed powder, Rimmel blush, and Clean n' Clear concealor. Make sure you are starting with a nice clean face and that your hands are clean also. First I dab a little bit of the foundation all over my face with a wedge sponge, then I blend all over my face and into the jawline with the sponge. Then I use a little extra foundation over my acne, and blend it with the sponge again. Secondly, I sweep a small amount of the pressed powder all over my face. Thirdly, I dust some of the blush on the apples of my cheeks and on top of my cheekbones. And last of all, I use my pinky finger to dab a pin head size amount of the concealor onto any remaining red spots. The concealor works best if you have a good base of foundation and powder. This routine takes about 5-7 minutes, it covers my acne really well, doesn't irritate my skin, lasts all day, and is easy to apply. I buy all of these products at Wal-Mart. I think you should give it a try. Good luck!

Wash your face and pat dry.
Then apply a toner and follow up with a light, facial moisturizer.
The you just need to give it time.
Over washing your face will not help, it will just dry your skin out.
Just try to not touch your face and wait it out.
Try letting it dry up and then applying concealer and put a light powder over it. If you don't have powder then just you a light eyeshadow.
