Makeup - February 2007

I have an oval shaped face, dark brown hair just past my shoulders, I have very pale caucasian skin, green eyes but some colouration under them :(

What makeup would best suit my face?

I recently had LASIK with Intra-Lase and now my eyes are significantly more sensitive to eye makeup, especially mascara. All mascaras say they are "opthamologist approved" which is not helpful. Anyone else in the same boat with suggestions for a brand of mascara?

for a girl that has a skin tone between medium brown-dark brown skin?

i dont want blue or green or other bright color shadows. i only want colors between some kind of brown to whatever.

They always look in the mirror, inject bee sting into their lips, silicone in mammaries, clips and belts in places imaginable and unimaginable, lipstick, rogue mascara I mean even half an hour for the hair. Is this a serious psychologcal disorder?

If you have tried it...what is your opinion on them? I recently bought some eyeshadows, foundation, and powder from the M.A.C. counter at the mall. I would like to try it but don't know anybody who has experience using their make-up. I'm guessing that since the foundation and eyeshadows have a day-long lasting effect on me, the eyeliner and mascara should do the same. Also, do they have a colorless product that helps with oily skin....I don't want to have to cake on the powder throughout the day.

My face is pale and I want to look darker. It seems to look really nice after I started getting foundation that is a little tiny bit darker then my skin. My mother says it looks ridiculous. What do you think? PLZ HELP!! Or can you give me suggestions? --no tans plz

Or is it adviseable to go without foundation and use a sunblock?
I would like to hear what you ladies out there do, if you normally like to wear foundation but have an occasion when you cannot avoid being out in the sun.
Are there any foundations available with total sunblock?
