First of all, get them out of your pores, best idea that I used to use the rounded end of a bobby pin, just scrap across the area where blackheads are, it will pop most of them out. After doing this use witch hazel to keep that area free of oils, that is what causes blackheads to grow, dirt and oil. Always clean area with some kind of astringent at least twice daily.

here are some things that i read from other yahoo answers that i thought might help you:
-For blackheads rub lemon juice over them each night.
- Keep the skin as clean and oil free as possible. Use natural or chemically prepared cleansers, astringent solutions or masks to accomplish this. Avoid harsh soaps that may irritate the skin or any creams that leave an oily finish.
- Use a gentle exfoliant to keep the dead cells off your skin and away from the pore openings.
- Avoid harsh squeezing or scraping at the blackhead. Excessive squeezing can damage the skin surround the pore and can actually increase the size of the pore leading to more blackheads in the future.
- A warm compress of water applied to the area of the blackhead followed by a very, very gentle pressure can help in clearing the clog from the pore.
- Commercial “blackhead strips” which are basically a tape like substance that is placed over the nose and then pulled off will remove some blackheads that are at the surface. Caution should be used with these products and it is important to read the directions completely before deciding to use the strips or not.
the dermatologists use a device called a spoon. you can make one by taking a real spoon and drilling a hole the size of 1/8 inch. then you use this device to center the hole over the blackhead and press...it should pop right out...
the trick is to do even pressure because when you try to squeeze it yourself (the pressure may be two sided), and the blackhead may explode under the skin and causing inflammation which then causes more scarring.
Steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at the link below.

I heard this tip from a make-up artist and it worked miracles for me!!
1) Apply your usual moisturizer on your face.
2) Boil some water and put it in a large bowl.
3) Put your face on top of the bowl and cover your head with a towel for 5-10 min(this will make your face absorb the steam and open up the pores).
4) Rub the blackheads with your finger in a circular motion.
5) Wash your face with cold water to close the pores.
Do this 1-2 times a week.

What totally worked for my 16 year old was the acne medicate treatment line from Bee-Luscious Cosmetics, in your case you just ned the medicated acne peel it works like a charm how it extracts the blackheads and exfoliates at the same time. I sweear by the results I had bought everything else for my daughter with no luck even Pro Active but beeroyalproducts.com worked for us

The best thing that works for me is:
1) Put together a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda(Peroxide can be found in the toiletries section of a grocery store; in a brown bottle; located with rubbing alcohol and band-aids) in a bowl.
2) Apply this mixture to oily and infected parts of the skin. THIS WILL STING A LITTLE.
3) Keep the solution on for two minutes, then was face thoroughly with a damp wash cloth.
Doing this will eat the bacteria and oil in your pores.
Good Luck!

Thoroughly cleanse your skin until there's no dirt or dead skin cells on the pad, exfoliate your skin, if u havent already got one buy a facial steamer depending on your skin type i would recommend 0min sensitive skin, normal-oily 6-8min, dry skin 6min, this should open the pores and allow you to remove the blackheads. It might take a couple of attempts to remove them. you could always go to a salon and have them removed.

St. Ives has a number of great products that help clear your face of blackheads and pimples.
You can also check out the no-name brands that compare themselves to St. Ives.
Surprisingly, these cheaper alternatives usually do at least as well as the leading brands.
You may even want to check out http://www.cosmeticscop.com/ for some great skincare products that would work with your skin.

Use an oatmeal or almond mask thoroughly to cleanse your face. Mix either oatmeal or almond powder with enough rose water to make a soft paste that spreads easily on the skin. Rub it on your skin with your fingertips, paying special attention the problem areas. Leave to dry for about 15 minutes and then rinse off with cold water.
Or just go to http://www.stanleybeautycare.com/beauty/blackheads.html
Hope it helps
