you can try a tinted moisturizer,or self tanner - but if your face is darker than your neck and the rest of you,you are going to look silly.you want make up to blend, you do not want a mask effect.be careful with self tanners(tan in a bottle) as they can look streaky or orange. my advice is stick to a foundation that blends, and maybe use a LITTLE bronzer powder as a blush, and where the sun naturally hits - such as forehead, nose and chin, but whatever you do - use it sparingly.

Physicians Formula makes a powerded bronzer that gives a subtle and natural darker glow. There are many different kinds, but I like the one with many different color strips so you can use some of the colors individually as eyeshawdow, then your whole face will have a bronzey exotic glow. Jergen's also makes a natural glow daily lotion that darkens your skin a little each day. The good thing is that you can get either of these products at any grocery or pharmacy.

well i would suggest tanning.. but since you say no tans.. i would suggest something like sheer cover or a new kind of make-up that i recently found out about called DERMACIA.. it works really well.. if you have any kind of discoloration or acne or anything on your skin that you would like to cover up DERMACIA works well.. and it's water proof so if you are like athletic or just busy during the day.. if you sweat it wont come off.. when i first tried it i def. loved it & you dont have to use much for it to work and it's not cakey.. and i think it would def. help with you trying to make ur face darker.. just get a lil bit of a darker shade.. mabye like 1 shade darker and blend it.. that should work!! =)
you can learn more about it if you go to:
DERMACIATV.com
GOOD LUCK =)

Sorry but you need some sun. Or a spray on tan...
If you are using a darker foundation or powder for you face. Chances are you might look a bit odd with just a dark face. I mean your neck, arms and hands will still be lighter.

There are several things you can do to look darker but your main focus is to look natural.
Start with a self tanner or skin enhancer on your neck and body. You can try Olay Touch of Sun to hydrate and give your skin a sun-kissed color that doesn't make you look orange.
Then apply a foundation that is closer to the new "tanned skin". Don't have it too dark, only a little darker to match your tan. Then make your skin tone look deeper, yet more natural but using a face bronzer. I suggest a powder bronzer by Wet N Wild because it looks natural without shimmer or glitter added.
Apply bronzer on cheek bones, temples and as eye shadow in the crease of eyes. You can also glide it along sides of nose to contour nose as well.....just blend blend blend!
Finish look with a coat of mascara, lip gloss and Victoria Secret's Very Sexy Makeup Mosaic Blush in "Afterglow" or "In Lust" on apples of cheeks to keep the focus on your dark sexy skin!
Voila!!!

I would suggest Bare Minerals... if your looking for an even color all over your face and not a huge contrast from your face to your neck, it works great.
It's a little pricey, but worth it. You could purchase on eBay, there are some that only have partial kits... just make sure you don't get it too dark... I'd probably go with Medium and Medium Beige.
The brushes help to blend it in very well... also, it's not going to leave your make-up thick like liquid make-ups. Doesn't even feel like you have any one... you'll love it... hope it helps!

It's simple, all u have 2 do is get a good bronzer. And a tip w/ bronzer: try not to get is on your hands, cuz then people can tell that your tan is artificial.
