Try putting a bit of foundation or concealer (just a thin layer) over your lips, then use a liner (helps to give a good edge to help prevent bleeding) then apply your lipstick. It can also help hold it in place to put a bit of translucent powder over your lips or use She Laq from Benefit because this will lock it in too.
Good luck!

well first you should know that if your red lipstick has any brown/er pigmentation it contains more oil,so therefore it will bleed, look for matte red/pink/oranges..i know you don't want to use lip liner but it is the only foolproof plan, line your lips with the same color as the lipstick ,then fill in lips put a coat of lipstick over..it should stay.good luck :^)

Line your lips and fill your lips in with the same liner you used to line them. Apply lipstick and you'll notice a difference.

Actually, applying a lipliner AFTER you've applied your lipstick, will keep the color in, and locked w/o leaving that yucky residue of just a lipliner left.

Try putting a little translucent powder on your lips, and use a matte stick (Mac and/or Origins), before you apply your lip color; This sets your foundation for long lasting lips that won't wear off.
There is also a lip primer you can get, I use these techniques on my clients and they love it.

G'luck!

A lipliner would be best the color of your lipstick. However, since you mentioned no lip liner, putting foundation on your lips before you put your lipstick on should keep it in place.

incase you don't want to consider using a lip liner then try switching to a matt lipstick. sometimes glossy lipsticks run and especially with the rise in temperature.

Use liplock-- it seals in lipcolor alll day without feathering or bleeding.

Also, wear lip balm under your lipcolor. You can also buy colorless lip liner-- it's clear, and seals in the color without a noticeable line.

Use a nude lip liner, one that matches either your natural lip color or skin color, depending on where you line your lips.
