clean your body really good?
when i take a shower i try to rub my skin so durty stuff will come of but it does work how can i make it work? and my hair sometimes the shampoo stays behind and i try to take it out with water but it wont come off. any tricks?

Wow... um yeah.... try a loofah sponge. You might not have the best water pressure... Buy a booster at like a Home Depot, and get a better shower head.....

Use a mesh nylon scrubber with a liquid soap like Dove but don't expect to see dirt come off. If you shower regularly you shouldn't be very dirty. Use a vinegar rinse after you shampoo to have squeaky clean hair. You seem to be obsessed with dirt. Just take a shower every day and you will be clean.
