I always see people like Gwen Stefani, and many, many, other women who have on eyeliner but it always looks so neat.
Whenever I wear it I end up looking like a hooker, (yikes!) does anyone have any tips so that I can wear eyeliner with out looking like a hooker?
Also doesn't color count? I have very fair skin, dark hair and green eyes, thanks!

If you know of any great working mascaras that CONDITION the lashes, doesnt make them dry too stiff and FALL OUT all the time. I would like it to be non waterproof, fairly easy to take off. but make my lashes look great while nourishing them.

Without actually tanning? I have tried the Olay lotion that has a hint of self-tanner in it, and it looked like it was working but now I don't think it is.

I don't want to look like a Brazilian goddess, I just want people to stop mistakening me for a washer :(
