try bare minerals make-up...i have combo skin as well and that make-up does WONDERS. it covers so well and it doesnt look like youre wearing anything on your face. it works well as a foundation and a concealer, it really is amazing. i would recommend the starter kit, which is about $60, but its so worth it. it comes with everything you need, 3 brushes, 2 shades of foundation, your bronzer/blush, and mineral veil which absorbs oil on your face. it also lasts about 6 months and after that you'll really only need to replace your foundation. if you want to try it out you can go to your local sephora or ulta and have them put it on you...it really is amazing stuff, if you have any questions feel free to email me =)

I have very sensitive skin which gets very dry in the winter. I've been using a mineral make-up for a couple of years now (it's all natural, so it doesn't contain chemicals that can make you oily) and it really calms my skin and covers great. It's also very lightweight so it doesn't look or feel like you're wearing a ton of make-up. I've recommended it to several friends who all love it. It's called Bare Minerals, I'm sure you've seen their infomercials on tv. The only problem with it is there are limited boutiques that sell it, so you may have to mail-order. But there are several new products like it in convenient stores now (try Neutrogena Mineral Sheers). Good luck!

try L'Oreal real experience foundation. they have a TON of colorings. i'm fairly straightforward and that i continuously use the lightest coloration of dept. keep foundations, yet with real experience, i'm #W2 or #W3! sure, there is such ingredient as translucent powder. MAC makes a putting powder like this. Any translucent powder is going to be very gentle/white. try Pond's dry pores and skin cream with the gentle blue cap.

Have you ever tried Sally Hansen's Airbrush Foundation? I have combo skin like you, and this is a lightweight foundation that has great coverage. It's a little more pricey than Covergirl, but it is totally worth it. It is kind of hard to find, but I know they sell it at CVS, Walgreens, and K-Mart.

i suggest you use a face primer. it gives you the perfect canvas to apply your makeup and it keeps it on longer. i suggest laura mercier (they also make an oil free one) but have heard that smashbox has a good one too. it really gives you the look of perfect skin. just use your foundation over it. if you want a very light looking foundation, try laura mercier's tinted moisturizer. it has great coverage and also moisturizes and since it is oil free, it will work on your combo skin

Have your tried Bare Essentials? It's just bare minerals and it covers really well and makes you look flawless but it also looks like you're flawless with NO MAKEUP! It really works. Go to QVC.com and you can order it. If you don't like it then you can always return it for your money back.

Hope this helped :)
