I would recommend regular facials, whch include a mild peel, like a glycolic peel. A lot of beauty spas offer these sorts of peels, and they are generally safer than say, microdermabrasion. You can have a peel once a month, and use Vitamin E oil on the spots. This works! And try to isolate foods which affect your skin. In my case, any fried food is bad for me, so I know not to eat it. Take care of your skin, from the inside out. Good luck!

If you're talking about marks from acne, I have a few of them. I go to the dermatologist and they can prescribe cream to get rid of them. There are plenty of over the counter creams you can use too. If you can't get to the doctor, I've noticed that using Aveeno products like the oatmeal bar soap (its gentle and leaves your skin feeling smooth) then follow that with Neutrogena visibly even night concentrate at night and in the morning. It doesn't work as well as the prescriptions stuff but its cheaper and much more gentle on your skin. Hope this helps!

try to use concealer (not the liquid one because it feels so oily, try to use the one in stick or pencil cause it's better) and there's a variety of color for you skin.

I would suggest using a concelar (preferably liquid) so there is no cakey residue!
