Wrinkles form day and night. So does under-eye puffiness and dark circles. Even if you use eye cream in the morning and at night, that leaves about 16 hours every day for lines to get deeper … circles to get darker … and bags to grow bigger. Even worse, the makeup you put on your face during the day actually ages your skin by drying it out.

Late nights, allergies, high salt intake or general stress can
cause the unsightly phenomenon of puffy eyes. Try any or all of
these remedies.

Instructions

STEP 1: Splash your entire face with the coldest water you can stand immediately after you wake up. Use either cold tap water or a mixture of cold water and ice cubes in a large bowl or tub. Splash your face for up to 5 minutes, if possible.

STEP 2: Prepare two tea bags by soaking them in water, wringing them out and chilling them in the refrigerator or freezer. Once they are chilled, lie down and place the bags on closed eyelids for 5 to 10 minutes

STEP 3: Cut two slices off a cold cucumber, each approximately 1 /2 inch thick. Place a slice on each eyelid for 5 minutes.

STEP 4: Drink lots of water. Puffy eyes often indicate water retention, which you can alleviate by drinking plenty of liquids; this flushes excess salt from your system.

STEP 5: Remove contact lenses each night before bed to avoid puffiness caused by lens irritation and drying.

STEP 6: Use an aloe-based eye-soothing gel or cream.

STEP 7: Avoid rubbing eyes.

Tips & Warnings
Don't use a hemorrhoid cream near the eye area'it's unsafe and won't diminish puffiness.

If the problem persists, see your doctor. You may be reacting to dust, pets, medication or other irritants, or you may have an underlying medical condition.

I hope this is of help! If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.

Four things I can think of right off that will ease the puffiness of your eyes in the morning.

1. Shark oil
2. cold spoon pressed to the eyes
3. Preperation H believe it or not...it is a common use in the modeling community
4. cold tea bags that have been brewed the night before and placed in your fridge for the morning use.

other than these you can try expensive creams from cosmetic companies like Estee' Lauder (i have the night cream for eyes...its so-so), and Elizabeth Arden is another you might try. Both are pretty good brands but very pricey.
