Makeup - January 2007

i have glasses and take them off when i put on the makeup, but when i put them on it doesn't look as good and/or clashes with the glasses.. what should i do?

I have always had dark under eye circles. I get made fun of for it constantly. They always ask if I have a black eye and all kinds of things, I have tried concealer...light concealer, medium tone concealer, darker concealer...nothing hides it..it looks awful! Im sure that the reason I have under eye circles is from the small blood veins underneath my eye show through some..because of the thin skin...or thats what I have always assumed...and I dont know how to fix it w/o concealer...trust me...i have tried all the beauty tips with dark under eye circles...but i seriously believe that those tips are for people who have a MINOR case of under eye circles.

Nothing I have tried actually covers it! I've tried concealer,different colors of lipstick,everything. Is there anything out there that will hide it?

a mascara that will LENGTHEN and THICKEN my eyelashes,one that preferrably has PROTEIN in it, MOISTURIZES/nourishes eyelashes..because my lashes have a tendancy to fall out if not nourished....and one that is EASY TO TAKE OFF! at the end of the day and i dont have to tug at for half an hour to get it off.

every mounth i go through the most badest suffering head aches . it runs in my mums side of the family . its really bad . i have to stay in for days . i live in the uk and im to younge to go through this . my mums get worse and so will mine what do i do . i dont want to use pills and medicen all my life . if i ignor it will it go ? ,, please help

It's a bad habit, I know, but when I think I shouldn't touch my face I remember for an hour and then realize I've been touching my face. I've bought very little make-up in life and what I have is CHEAP! I also have sensitive skin and freckles. Cream or powder? Liquid eye-shadow? Oil base? I have no idea.

Can you give me some brands and where to get them? I'd even be willing to order them from somewhere if it works well. I prefer liquid foundation but every kind I've used hurts my face big time. Even the ones marked for sensitive skin. Thanks everyone!

i've tried many foundations but none of them seemed to match my skin tone....it always seemes too pale or too pinkish..:(

I have pale/fair skin, no acne ( I do get an occasional pimple though..) and normal skin (not dry not oily) I would like to find something to even out my skin tone and maybe something that will make my skin a little darker, since its so pale right now..

The eyeshadow trio I bought is not very good. Is there a good brand of eyeshadow that can be found in makeup aisles of regular stores (like target, kmart, etc..). Also, how are you supposed to put it on and what shades to buy so it will not look so darn dark on me? I have black hair, green eyes, and a light/fair complexion. Every time I try to do a smoky eye I end up looking like a weirdo!!! Should I get a lighter grey color or something??? Any links to websites that can help me out would be appreciated also. Thanks!!!

now i have ruined my beautiful skin, well i think i have becase noboby tells me how fabulous my skin looks any more. does anyone know a remedy to boost my skin tone back or a bleaching cream that works effectivley without damages??!!!

I don't like to wear makeup too often, if at all. When I do I usually only do my eyes & have the same problem every time. I have somewhat oily skin but really oily eyelids....and my eye makeup never stays!!! I use oil-free moisturizer on my face & have tried using either just foundation before applying eyeshadow, just powder before applying or both beforehand. I've read in numerous places to do that as a base on the lids so that it helps eyeshadow stay longer but it doesn't work either way I try it!! My eyeshadow STILL creases & my eyeliner "melts" into the crease of my lid & underneath my bottom lid too...causing me to look like I haven't slept in days. Does anyone know of anything else I could do or use to prevent this? If there are any products suggested then please tell me where I could get them. Thank You!

(The only thing that does NOT give me problems is my mascara....GO FIGURE!)
