It's a bad habit, I know, but when I think I shouldn't touch my face I remember for an hour and then realize I've been touching my face. I've bought very little make-up in life and what I have is CHEAP! I also have sensitive skin and freckles. Cream or powder? Liquid eye-shadow? Oil base? I have no idea.

I have been using Clinique make-up that is the liquid for almost 21/2 years now and I love it...it don't rub off or anything...you can buy them at Dillard's for only about 19.99 a bottle...and it stays on all day...I use that and the powder that they have b/c there make-up is healthy adn it don't break me out at all...unlike all the other crap out there is cheap and will break you out...Trust me!

Try a mineral makeup. They are clean, fresh looking, and stay really well. They are a small investment at first but a little goes a long way. Good luck.
P. S. if you have sensitive skin its great for that too.

You have to stop touching your face, Even if you have to think about it all day, the germs on your hands are being transfered to your face every time you touch it. Try using the Almay foundation, it's a thick and maybe help.

If you cant stop touching your face, make your your fingers are clean. I buy cheap cosmetics, but maybe try investing in JUST a high quality foundation. the price may be high, but the results may be worth it

Use a liquid foundation then set it with powder. That should give it extra staying power.

I'd say use a transluscent powder only. it gives sheer light coverage and doesnt look too bad after long periods of time
