I used to have a glowing vibrant skin complextion where people would tell me how beautiful my skin tone was EVERYDAY. recently i have been going psycho about the way i look (venna07@myspace.com) using bleaching cream to make me lighter. (music videos rott the brain)
now i have ruined my beautiful skin, well i think i have becase noboby tells me how fabulous my skin looks any more. does anyone know a remedy to boost my skin tone back or a bleaching cream that works effectivley without damages??!!!

Vitamins peferably liquid Centrum liquid vitamins cost around 8-9 dollars. Take two tablespoons daily. Also go to gnc.com and get some liquid vitamin e, thats great for the skin. I had an acne problem from stress. The above cleared it up in less than 2 wks. Also drink half your body weight in water. If you weigh 100lbs then drink 50 oz. which is about 6.25 cups of water a day. the water will flush the toxins out of your skin.

STOP USING BLEACHING CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never touch it again, it is the devil in a tube.
