No. If you overcook them, they get rubbery.

No. Overcooking eggs no matter how they're done, scrammbled, benedict, hard boiled...not only will they get rubbery but they'll also have a grayish hint to them. It's safe to eat them this way, it's just like a burn effect.

Adding a dash of salt to eggs that are made over-easy will help the yoke stay intact a little better while you flip it. Same is true if you do sunny side up. Plus eggs need salt, otherwise they taste rather bland. Unless...they're fresh, not from a store but a local farmer. Give it a try, they're wicked good.

no, but it is best to whip the eggs in a bowl first, add cheese, cook them in fresh butter in the frying pan and stir fast with a fork
makes the best scramble eggs.

i dont kno what this really has to do with make up (cuz u put in the make up section) but no it doesnt. what makes them rubbery depends on how long you leave them on the stove.

Nope, they stay the same. I love to do it, it makes them perfect without adding salt after. P.S. Why is this in the make-up section?
