My 13 year old wants to wear make-up but I am not to sure...she is going to be 14 in a month and going into 8th grade,should I let her?? She is a mature girl and she does very well in school...so is it to early or should I go for it a little bit at a time??

i get almose 11 hours of sleep every night yet i always wake up with dark bags that make me look tired and angry. is there anyway that i can make myself look as though i slept for ages?

ok i usually use wet 'n wild and cover girl eye liner and many different kinds and it usually rubs away or wear off! wut kind do you think i should use that will stay on for a long period of time without me havin to reaply it every hour?

I love wearing makeup but I can't find any color that looks good with them. They change colors from hazel to green to brown and to yellow. Sometimes they chanfe with my emotions and sometimes they just change. They are almond shaped and I would say a medium size. I want to avoid using black eyliner and I do wer glasses. I need to know what colors work with my eyes in the following products: Eyeliner, Mascara, and Eyeshadow. I would also like to know where I should apply them. Ex. Like should the Eyeliner go on the top or the bottom or both. Same for all three. Please Help Me! Thanks!

I am no longer sun-burnt. And I would really like to know what make up other people recomend. I would like to be told shades or a brand or a website. I dont want people to tell me that I am too young for make up, because I feel that I am not too young.

Is it true that you are not supposed to put eyeliner on the crease of your eye. its hard to explain, when you pull the bottom part down, theres a crease thing. everybody tells me not to put it there because you could hurt your eye?

Hi, i was wondering if you guys could help me decide what shades of make up i should wear and how i should wear my hair? great! alright, i have really dirty blonde hair (its not quite brown yet) it is wavy and striaght, depending on what part of my hair we are talking about. I have green eyes, and i guess you could say that my eyelashes are medium sized... umm, by the time school starts (end of August), i have a fairly good tan, its not like DARK, but i am not pale either. i need some make up tips that will work on like a $15-$20 budget per month MAX. I have a straightener, it is a Revlon one, so it is pretty good. i also have leave in conditioner, gel, a brush, shampoo, conditioner, simple stuff like that, i am NOT willing to buy anything else unless it is like $5, no more than that!

Can anybody give me make-up tips and hair tips??

BTW: the hair tips can only use the stuff provided above...
