Whenever I wear mascara, by the end of the night, I look like a racoon b/c it smudges or flakes. What are the best kinds that do not smudge or flake? And should I wear water-proof or not?

Cover Girl Remarkable Mascara is the best by far. I have searched and searched for a mascara that doesnt make me look like I have been in a fight at the end of the day. Its also washable waterproof mascara so it wont leave your racoon black eyes and washes away very easily and doesnt leave that wax residue on your eyelashes.

go for givenchy eye fly lash extender mascara

it's awesome and worth the "splurge"
it makes your eyelashes look amazing. never ever clumps and it's so worth it.
check out sephora for other awesome mascaras
waterproof shouldnt make a difference when the mascara is quality (unless you plan on crying)
i've found that most non-waterproof mascaras don't smudge anyway

All of Mary Kay's mascaras are great! You don't need to wear waterproof, but it's a good option when the weather is really hot like it is now.

I absolutely love Loreal FeatherLash - NOT the waterproof kind though - just the regular - it is light and the best mascara I have ever had - I can't use anything else anymore. And, it is not too expensive either. :)

I really like Maybelline Unstoppable mascara. It stays on and I even swim with it (no rubbing, though) and it stays on. However, it does not give you a hard time coming off like waterproof mascara, it will come off easily with regular soap. Really a great product!

My favorite ever is Cover Girl Professional Mascara in the blue tube Its not too thick, not too thin and doesn't clump. Also available in waterproof

i saw a lot of magazines saying that Landcome mascara is good...it costs like 20 in Macys. waterproof costs the same.

CoverGirl Lash Exact is AMAZING thats what I use and i works like magic. It makes my lashes twice the length that they already are! U should definatly get it!
