definitely pencil. i can do more things with a pencil. and to me liquid is too stiff, with pencil, I can smudge it a little so it would look softer.

I prefer the automatic pencil. I think that with liquid eyeliner it gives too harsh of a look. I like the softer, smokier look that you can accomplish with a pencil. You also don't have to worry about the ink running like the liquids tend to do sometimes.

Both for different reasons. Pencil eyeliner is easier to smudge for a less defined line. Liquid liner is great for a dramatic evening look, or applied in a very thin line at the base of your lashes to make them look fuller.

i love the automatic pencil eyeliner
but liquid eyeliner gives a much more classy, defined, and sophisticated look.
it really depends on the situation.
automatic pencil eyeliner is great for everyday or for smokey eyes

i like the automatic pencil liner, the liquid eyeliner gets all over the place, and the automatic pencil, is like the regular pencil, minus the sharpener.

Pencil during the day, usually just on top. During the evening, pencil on bottom, with shadow to "blend it", and powder put on w/ a brush and water, on the top lid. Gets the look of liquid, but it wears better!

None. I am in favor of pencil. Automatic pencils do not last long. Liquid liners are a mess and majority of time, they cause irritation and make my eyes teary or watery.

Automatic, Avon's glimmersticks glide on so nice. Don't like liquid liner, too hard to use. You can also try Smashbox, they have a creme eyeliner w/ brush & then you can get any effect you like. It's very easy to use & great colors to choose from. You can find at QVC or Sephora.

I personally like liquid on top, and pencil on bottom, only becasue the liquid is easier and stays on long, and the pencil on the bottom because its easier to manuver
