it depends on who will do it, make sure you shop around, my 2 friends permanent eyebrows looks really terrible, they look like they're always mad...but then again my other friend looks so natural...

I certainly have my lips and brows performed, and that they the two seem ah-mazing-extraordinarily the lip, you may seem into that too, its relatively rather well worth the money. to your question, no, they dont could pluck them out. they are able to tattoo on a good line or small strokes that makes it seem greater like natureal eyebrows, which additionally fills them out besides. looksreally bad and hurts because u are getting tattoos on your forehead and above your eyes and sometimes don't come out as planned and looks horrible
