Use a green coverstick. Maybelline makes one. It is a light green colour, when you put it on red, it counteracts the colour and makes your skin look milky and un-blotchy again.

I wish I could have some red on my cheeks. Just try some mineral makeup like Everyday Minerals. These are sheer, but provide a great coverage. You can get samples for free at everydayminerals.com. The prices are great too. The good thing about these minerals is that they are pure and do not cause any irritation.

They make green concealer sticks that are specifically made to neutralize the redness on your face. They sell them in all sorts of namebrands, like Physician's Formula, at drugstores. Good Luck!

there may be something that you can do about this medically, see your doctor. make up doesn't really work for heat related redness it has to do with the same nerves that control blushing from embarrassment
