Drugstore: L'Oreal Voluminous
Department Store: MAC Pro Lash...it's under $10 so not a terrible splurge anyway :)

DRUGSTORE:
maybelline lash discovery
at less than $7 it's awesome
and it comes with a tiny brush- perfect for getting every single lash and also the little itty ones in the corner- without smudging or clumping
SPLURGE:
go for givenchy eye fly lash extending mascara available at sephora.
it's worth the money and still a reasonable price ($22)
it doesnt smudge, doesnt clump, and makes your lashes look so long- i would know, my lashes are short and straight.

Loreal's Voluminous Mascara. You can also get it in waterproof. Can be bought in drugstore or department store like- Walmart.

I've used Loreal's Voluminous (waterproof) for a few years now. I'd never use anything else.
