ok i usually use wet 'n wild and cover girl eye liner and many different kinds and it usually rubs away or wear off! wut kind do you think i should use that will stay on for a long period of time without me havin to reaply it every hour?

Don't wear eye-liner especially in your eye it's very bad for your eyes. Learn to love your eyes for what they are and most important learn to love yourself. :)

i would switch to liquid liner -- that stuff stays on forever it takes some getting used to when applying and is a little more pricey (between 3 and 8 dollars) just be sure not to lay it on too dark (i use a brand called prestige which you can get at rite aid)
but you could also try taking some dark eyeshadow and on the back of your hand mixing it with a liiiittle bit of water and making a paste then swiping it across your lids with an angle brush or one with a fine tip
also i have heard that if you blot your eyelids first with powder foundation the eyeliner will last longer

I love Mary Kay eyeliner. It is mechanical and goes on so nice! Look on ebay, you will be able to get it pretty cheap, less then anyone will sell it for and possibly even below cost. They sell normaly for $9.50 if you buy one from a seller, so you get an idea on what sort of deal you would be getting.

Dior. It is more expensive for sure, but you will use far less of it and it will last far longer than anything else.
Also, their cosmetics have a seven year shelf life, which most cosmetics, even Chanel, myou must toss after about a year.

Believe it or not. Mary-Kate and Ashley liquid eyeliner is great for the price. I sell Arbonne and I still stick with mary-kate eyeliner.!!

I use dark eyeshadow, and apply it with a small angled brush. It stays on all day, and it's easier to be really precise.

quit messing with your eyes. I use cover girl, and It stays on all day, unless I'm rubbing my eyes.
