Use a dark brown eyeliner, some light brown and chocolate brown in your eyeshadow, and some dark brown mascara to finish it off. Put the eyeliner above your lashes (top and bottom) to accentuate the eyes. The brown brings out the color of your eyes in a flattering, but natural way!

First you use a white eyeliner and put it on your lower eye lobe, then use light blue eyeshadow right above ur upper eyelid. Use Dark eye shadow (prefferably dark gray) in the upper groove of your eye and finish off w/ blue mascara.

*Makeup Ideas For Blue Eyes
Brows: Touch up if necessary. Fill in bare spots with shadow or pencil. Be sure to brush brows to soften color.
Highlighter: Apply a Sand colored highligher beneath the brow.
Lid Shadow: Brush pale yellow onto the lid, up to the crease.Top the yellow with pink.
Crease: Using a brush, work a little neutral brown shadow into the crease area and blend well so that edges are softened.
Liner: Periwinkle Blue liner smudged into lashes (Pencils are the easiest to use, but shadows can be used as well.)
Mascara: Black
*Caribbean Blue Eyes
Brows: Touch up if necessary. Fill in bare spots with shadow or pencil. Be sure to brush brows to soften color.
Highlighter: Optional, but for blue eyes you might want to choose a pale pink pearl.
Lid Shadow: Brush pale pearl gray onto the inner corner of the lid, with a darker shades of pearl gray on the outer edge of eye. This will make the eyes appear wider. Do the reverse if your eyes are too far apart. Add just a pinch of sea blue shadow at the corners.
Crease: Using a brush, work a little of the darker gray shadow into the crease area and blend well so that edges are softened.
Liner: Black liner on top lid finishing off with a little blue which will be smudged into bottom lashes. Black liner below the blue on bottom lid.
Mascara: Black

We often find ourselves reaching for the same old colors year after year. In this section of Beauty.about.com, I will be putting together mini lessons of colors that you might never have considered.
In the graphic to the right you will see a face with several numbers pointing to different areas. Below, you will find details explaining what each number represents along with the necessary instructions for placement.
**Remember that the shape of your eyes, nose and face in general are going to be different from the next person who uses these colors. This is your time to play makeup artist. Use the colors suggested and try placements that you might never have tried before. You might find a brand new technique that you will love!
1. Shadow for lid: Smokey grey for a touch of mystery.
2. Crease: Deeper grey on brow bone.
3. Liner: Black applied according to your eye shape. Try different placements if you aren't sure.
7. Beneath Eye: A touch of the darker grey beneath lashes.
4. Mascara: Several coats of black, but watch for clumping.
5. Blush: Combine peach and pink until the color dissolves into a natural shade for your coloring.
6. Lips: For a dramatic look apply russet and then work a tiny amount of pink to soften.

I would suggest using a contrasting color such as a light orange or a tangerine shade to bring out the color of your eyes.
And then using to white or copper colored eye pencil along the lower lid of your eye to make it pop.
