I have dark brown eyes what shade of eye shadow would look best?

Pinks and browns. Almay has a line that matches eyeshadows to eyecolors. It's great.

I also have dark brown eyes. I find that browns, greens, golds, burgandys, plums, berry colors etc go very well. Eye liner is also great for dark brown eyes. Go to http://www.covergirl.com they'll be able to tell you what your colors are based on some questions. Good luck!

Earth tones - light colours such as vanilla, cream and light sand on the brow bone and darker browns / golds on the crease of your eye / eye lid
If you have any gold or green flecks in your eye, you can go with light to medium greens for a dramatic look.
If you have any pink or orange tones to your skin - stay away from the pinks, oranges and purples.
Main thing to remember is try and keep your eyes, cheeks and lips all matching for a "natural" look. (EG. don't use browns with pink cheek blush and red lipstick - stay with the same color palette)

I think the bronzes, but some experts recommend green, which I think is better for hazel eyes. Go to beauty counters at salons or department stores and have them test colors and see which you like.

go for a shade lighter that what you are wearing but the same color and your eyes will look great

Earthtones, violets, and bronzy colors work really well on dark brown eyes.

try some browns and pinks and also maybe a light lavender color.With some black eye liner and mascara.

i have the the same eyes so try pinks whites cream colors also midnight blues make your eyes pop try anything opposite of your eye color

whites pinks,& purples i would try maybelline new york velevet crush quads expert wear. this web site shows how to apply it. it also shows all the other colors too. you can really wear anything though, it all depends on what your style/look is.
