Okay so I usually wear my eyeliner on my inner bottom lid. My cousin taught me that. I want to try something with my new make up style, but it requires me to trace my upper lashes with eyeliner. I am not sure what that means. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME???

I use loreal but my face always feels cakey and chalky and heavy.

What makeup do you use? Does it feel like you have no makeup on? Cuz that's what I want.
